Batwing W/ upgrades. Who wins and why?

Black panther's blackness is more epic. All seriousness I dont know much about batwing but I doubt he has done much to put him up on black panther's level.

If he has then by all means share. (i have been trying to get more info on batwing anyway)

Batwing is pretty good. He has taken it to metas stronger and faster than Panther and his suit is durable as hell as was seen when he took missiles from Pirate. The one thing that Panther has over Batwing is skills, but Batwing is no slouch in the fighting department, either. Both have been training since they were kids.
