None, I do not think Death Factor could affect the HULK healing factor.

Wait I was only thinking of green scar, can you tell about the other version's Healing Factor, are they no different from each other?

I think he can take Grey Hulk.

The second one is a fight, but in the end I think he would lose.

The rest are complete stomps in favour of the Hulk.

Green Scar definately got the best HF, but Prof. Hulk had some very impressive showings. Grey Hulk I am not so sure, probably weaker.
