I can see Prime winning sure since OF Thor was basically just a more beastly classic Thor, but this isn't spite. Not even close. Especially since he's now twice as strong in the OP.

He's strong enough to tank hits that would outright kill his classic self. The one who despite some current jobbing, was known for his legendary durability. He most certainly could take wins. Just not majority imo.

That really wasn't all that good. He landed some nice shots sure, but it was a prolonged, mocked, beat down and humiliation which Prime smiled through sadistically throughout the fight.

Thor's entire powerset is magic based. Prime is invulnerable to magic.... Thor is basically a tailor made toy for prime.
