Scenario One 2 Days of Prep

Location: Outide of a Dominos New York City New York
Guy Gardner is spending a vacation in New York City. He's tired of hearing of J Jonah Jameson say Spider Man is a menace after 2 days of vacation.
So he contacts the Daily Bugle saying he wants to meet with J Jonah Jameson. They meet in a Dominos. Guy Gardner calls him a bitter negative cynical scab that hates Spider Man because he fights crime, saves people without being paid money something J Jonah Jameson can't do, and hates Spider Man for being what he's not.
Guy Gardner tells him he would beat J Jonah Jameson in a hand to hand fight, and if he did Jameson would have to stop with his negativity that Spider Man is a menace.

But if he lost Guy leaves New York City, and never returns to New York City.

Winner by Knockout, or says I quit you won.

Guy wrecks that broken record but J Jonah Jameson has pictures taken and Guy avoids NYC or gets arrested. J Jonah Jameson would make it front page news a spiderman sympathizer beat him up or that spiderman hired him to beat him up when he went to dominos to get pizza.

Guy has this.

Beat Hal so bad he had to go to a happy place in order to survive.

They probably become buddies and JJJ hires Jonah to kick spidey's butt.

Yeah but if J Jonah Jameson agrees to the fight he can't manipulate a story when it's in front of multiple witnesses.
