Team Flash, Barry and Wally West, pre-Flashpoint. Which 2 heralds could stop them for the majority?

Hmm kinda tough one. The best one i could think off would be Kuurth Juggernaut, no way to bfr him and no way to stop him permanently unless convincing Cytorrak to remove his stacked up avatar powers. I'd also say HP doomsday assuming there is no BFR.

Regular heroes or villains for this. No Johnny Sorrow or Doomsday.

Curious, could red shift do anything here? Cosmic awareness + power cosmic + ability To create dimensional rifts +ability to Manip the Entire electromagnetic Spectrum seem good on paper but I doubt iv seen all his appearances and just reading up on a character to fill in the gaps doesn't help me much.
So could he do some damage/make a difference here (with a partner of course) or are the flashes beyond his power set?

The Turtle (the Flash foe which slows them down).

Agent M / Miracle from Gold Digger.


Now, you might not know Agent M, but in brief- he's a highly advanced android (with biological covering) with strength, flight.... and the ability to briefly freeze time. Only for a brief moment, but it doesn't take much to get opponents frozen in time and who have normal human durability.

Batman and Robin, obviously.
