I would say this as long as it's not during a character's introductory arc. If they pull a convincing win over a high-herald while not getting a "new" push, then they are serious business.

Imo stemroll through 5 established heralds with raw power (strength/energy or any other power)
More than 2 showings like that will get him for sure above herald in my book
Considering context i/e heralds not holding back.
Or capable of one shot a solar system by any means of power
