So far this is getting no responses, and I'd wager that's because the name and picture aren't helping much.

If it's not misspelled, the name "Frankenstien" is still not specific enough to isolate what comic company this guy is from. Beowulf is nearly as ambiguous, though the Beowulf shown is apparently NOT the Beowulf of DC comics who has red hair and appeared in Gail Simone's run of Wonder Woman:
