Nimrod battles Ghost Rider until 1 side is completely destroyed/killed with no BFR allowed...

Are either of them capable of putting the other down permanently?

I'd argue a fully unleashed GR would tear Nimrod apart in the end, due to the sheer amount of power Zarathos has.

Whereas I can't see Nimrod harming GR in any permanent way, the one key way to do that is through magic and Nimrod can't adapt magical weapons for itself.
