Spider-Man at his best no webbing no Captain Universe. Who wins?

This is pretty unfair. Unless Spidey uses his speed to get Shaw in a chokehold or lock of some kind.

Spidey could make this a stalemate by playing keep away from Shaw, but that's about it.

Baseline Shaw loses, but if he has a "charge" at the start it becomes onesided fast

Shaw kills him.
