Yes, because using a single low-end feat as the baseline for one character, and a single high-end feat as the baseline for another character is as unbiased as it gets, amiright!

What is all this Looney Tune stuff? Give Lobo credit for his high end feats being what they are, legitimate high end feats. He's had plenty of low showings so he deserves it.

As for this thread, why are so many people certain Lobo is stronger than Thor? Any particular reason or feats that come to mind? Thor can match anything Lobo has done, with the only one being that trillion ton cube in terms of quantifiable weight. Thor has the Neutron Star feat but it wasn't given a specific number IIRC.

There's also hooking, towing, and slamming an enemy who possessed a solar mass with his chain and hook, which IMO is much better than the cube feat.

When he picked up the City, and crushed it into a bit size snack. Thats trillions tons of matter. To compress that much material would require overwhelming higher force to crush it.

A compression ratio of at least 10 to 1.

Pulsar? Yea, probably his best unquantifiable feat of strength. Still, I've yet to see absolutely anything that would begin to place him above Thor strength wise. Thor does at least as well as Smite against Lobo.

All of this stuff while cool just solidifies that he has Herald level strength (Although it's not always the case, see Drax), but Lobo's fights with Superman are sufficient evidence for that.

I think the most impressive part of the feat was that he did it directly after regenerating from a skeleton, and there's a good chance (there's no direct evidence, I'm just saying) that Pulsar was actively resisting him. Lobo is a great example of how variable the strength levels of heralds can be.

Lobo has dynamic strength ala Hulk. I figured that would be clearly evident by now.


Deadly Serious clearly points out, his strength spikes, when he goes on berserker rages. In Last Sons, when Lobo was contained in a cell. Lobo would work up a rage to increase his strength and striking power thus muscle his way through. Under normal conditions he would have been successful. However to help neutralize Lobo, his cell was outfitted to sap him of emotional spectrum focused on anger.

This is also why the Authority tolled Lobo into poking his anger and direct it to the Easter Bunny. They knew he would be nearly unstoppable when he goes berserk. Or Pulsar finding out that, Lobo has impossible strength from previously studding him.

Its anger induced.
