I'd go with Extant.

Even if their powers were comparable, a CC can run out of juice

If Cogito was referring to Avengers Assemble, then that wasn't a CCU at all.

I am more inclined to believe that he was referring to the CCU used at the end of Thanos Imperative to KO Thanos.

Yeah, there have been a couple instances IIRC of Cosmic Cube's running out of juice. I could be mistaken though.

extant with worlogog should win.

There is an instance where one cc ran out of juice and that was on gotg when thanos was resurrected from annihilation. From what I recall it was a damaged cc.
