On the very next page Atro is already back up(as are the other Red Lanterns who were blasted) and proceeds to launch an attack against Volthoom in conjunction with the other Lanterns:

So again: the notion that Atro "got 1 panelled by volthoom" couldn't be farther from the truth. Simple, right?

Keep in mind, that Atros was still hurt by that attack. If you look closely, he was wounded. Though, in the next panel he is healed -_-

Not only did Volthoom's blast do nothing to Atro, but it also did nothing to the 3 other Red Lanterns that got blasted with Atro-- they, too, were back up on the very next page.

Tbh, Volthoom may have the shittiest offense out of any 'major threat' I've ever seen in comics.
