Aside from Doomsday, which of team 1 can handle Atrocitus' blood? Team 1 should win the majority.

BL Superman took Atrocitus' blood, Larfleeze and Sinestro's attacks without even flinching. I can see all of team 2 taking Atrocitus' blood and being fine.
