Their sizes fluctuates depending on writer but the biggest fluctuated size IMO we've seen without resorting to size alteration would be doomsday and Thanos. Thanos looks ridiculously big when he was resurrected in the pages of gotg and Doomsday makes martian manhunter looked like gnat in one of his appearance.

On average though, i'd say hulk and doomsday are bigger while thanos and darkseid looks like really built 6-7 footers.

It varies depending on the artist, the best portrayal how Darkseid look it was when Michael Turner drew him in Superman & Batman Supergirl saga, by the stats DD is the tallest then Darkseid and then the Hulk at and Thanos being the smallest, thanos is only a inch taller than Thor just with more body mass.

I highly doubt Thanos is just an inch taller than thor. Probably used to be back in the pre-resurrection arcs but his average size is quite different nowadays.

And then also you get fluctuations like this.
