Sinister should still win. Arthur is going to be hard to put down, but he can't take Sinister out with any real effectiveness.

He's never needed any real equipment, tbh. He used to have a teleporter, iirc, but that's it.

I'll look it up.

I haven't seen much of his post-resurrection stuff, sadly. X-Men lost me for the most part while he was dead.

Sinister is one of the best villains in existence
