I'm not familiar with Ursa Major but based on a quick google ( not sure how accurate it is) his strength was listed as 15 tons. If that's teh case he's going to have a real problem with Ultra who has gone toe to toe with Superman on a few occasions and beaten Powergirl to a bloody pulp. That's without his TK and TP powers. Or his durability, he can take blunt force trauma to teh elvel of Superman, though his energy and piercing durability varies like a pendulum ( having tanked blasts of SSK but being badly burned and disfigured by PG's heat vision for example). I'm inclined to say Ultra pretty easily ( unless someone can show me that the wiki I saw is majorly wrong)

I'd say non jobber Ursa wins.

Ultra with TP/TK body will win.

Still Ultra's a 100 tonner too and has TK and TP that has allowed him to take down/on Brainwave Snr, Martian Manhunter, Hector Hammond, J'emm, Grodd and others.

If there were any prep it would definitely be a stomp as Ultra is one of DCU's top 3 to 5 preppers IO. At least using prep he's soloed some pretty powerful teams.
