With that said Thor wins after a brief tussle.

Morg also said out of the heralds he was fighting Terrax was strongest. When Tyrant was fighting the others Terrax and Morg fought toe to toe as well. I am not saying Terrax would have won what I am saying he put up a decent fight better then Firelord Nova or Air-Walker. Written well I think he would give Thor a run for his money.

Morg no longer possessed the WOL at the time of Tyrant from what I recall, or perhaps it was the other way around. Remember, this happened at a time that different writers were jockeying those characters, and the continuity for them is way off.

Thor has Terrax beat in strength, versatility, and combat ability. His weapon is also far superior. Thor at his best would fold Terrax just like Sentry did.

Terrax is a warrior and has the ability to amp his strength. I think written right Terrax would give him a good fight and I agree that Thor's weapon is superior he would get his advantage by the hammer.

Yep, I could even see him shattering Terrax's axe given enough time. Thor's stock has dropped a bit, but at his best, very few would disagree that he's a beast. Also Thor can shift gears as well, I mean look at his tussle against a Celestial yrs ago. Terrax would have just been annihilated if he were to have gained it's attentions. Terrrax is on a lower level IMO, as we saw how easily Rulk dealt with him. The same Rulk that Thor defeated in round 2.

Well him doing anything to a Celestial is a joke so thats a bad point to make. Terrax imo is a herald level between Firelord & Silver Surfer. I said he doesn't get the respect his powers should give him. Terrax's axe was destroyed in a fight with Morg and his weapon so yeah his weapon if we are talking about his standard one would probably get destroyed but the one he took from Morg might not.

Thor will own Terrax, Thor is stronger and more powerful.

Terrax puts up a great fight but gets bashed badly. also Didnt he lose to Gamora during annihilation? Don't remember context ATM.

absolutely. i wouldn't give terrax 1/10 over a serious thor. terrax WOULD make him work every time, but thor has him beat in all areas.

Thor two shotted Terrax before with blood splattering everywhere, in one of his jobbing moments (Sentry)

A seriously written Terrax could put up a good fight, but he won't win.
