Could Batman have been a more plausible and popular character if he wasn't part of the Justice League? Or just make some appearances?

I'm not sure what you mean, could he achieve more without the justice league? Could he beat the villains he does without the justice league? NO never, half of the time he fights villains bigger, stronger, faster or smarter than him, he calls in someone from the justice league, yes of course he has amazing feats for a comic book 'peak human' but he couldn't do it without them, although he's in my top 5 for hero's he's rather badass.
Or do you mean the things he achieves & accomplishes on his own; would they seem more....better? Like asif, his feats would mean more and have a higher impact on us the fans and were he stands in the ranks of hero's

So to answer this....YES he would be better without them, and no he is better as a member of the JL
Tbh he belongs in the justice league, so....imo not really, he's better off were he is
