Who wins?

Mirror Master solos.

All of them should downright solo the team if they have enough space to manouver. Well, Heatwave not so much because he sucks.

I mean team two has somewhat the speed advantage, against a team tailor made to beat Flash, so the speed advantage won't be doing much.

Also, they simply cannot beat Mirror Master.

Spiderman did beat the Spot didn't he? I wouldn't call MM impossible to beat.

Mirror Master is actually competent with his powers.

Cold slows down any incoming projectiles or attempts to get close to his team in any way. Weather Wizard whips up a few tornadoes to keep everyone airborne. Mirror Master goes to work trapping everyone or just killing them.
