Team 2.

This is basically DoV Cap vs. RKT, since the other two are mostly insignificant in comparison.

DoV Cap vs. RKT has been done many times before, and the general consensus is that Cap wins.

team 1 wins imo.

DoV cap basically stalemated the spectre for 3 issues and their battle was felt through several dimensions.
Kismet is at least a universal being seeing how she is the embodiment of the universe, and in her own bio it is stated that she can manipulate the basic fabric of the whole universe and she is one of the most powerful beings in the known and unkown universe. So superman got quite an amp there, and was able to destory imperiex's armor along with OB (which im quite certain was nowhere near superman's power, because even normal superman matched the OB with his own heat vision)

RKT's power can be gauged by powerscaling only since he had little feats and didn't do anything beyond odin, HOTM hulk's best feat is destroying a planet, and there was a brief reference from Umar that he was destroying her dimension as the result of his battle.

Not sure how this isn't spite against Team 2.
