Team 1 ftw, though classic Destroyer, who could fire bolts of limitless force, should do some major damage along the way.

it depends on which version of Destroyer we're using.

As for Validus, it's been outright stated on panel, that Omega is tougher.

Omega is actually very similar to Mangog, they both look monster-like, both of them are embodiments of hate, both of them were seeking a weapon to end the universe. Difference being is that Omega is on a bigger scale than Mangog (Omega is the embodiment of hate of the whole cosmos, unlike Mangog who's only limited to a race), and classic Mangog has been beaten by Odin, though that was when Odin cut him from his power source. While Omega can only be beaten if one destroys (or swallows) the miracle machine.
