Eventually, Ultron will get hacked. While Ultron won't be able o hack Hank. If not, I can see it ending in a stalemate.

Has Ultron even hacked something like Hank? Hank isn't just another AI, but a conscious that can jump into machines and what not.

Hank has also hacked New God technology, which is also sentient as well. Along with other sentient machines.

ok,.... Ultron hacked Its universes sentient machines im just wondering why everyone views Hank > Ultron in technopathy

I don't think he's ever failed at hacking anything. He's a pretty haxed character, which is on the same level as Ultron. So, I think it's close.
