also the sheer lethality of t2. Venom is going to be hard for them to put down, but he can't conceivably do enough damage to them to actually KO wolv/st. Kaine and Parker are in the unfortunate position of being dropped by one good shot from claws, whereas t2 can take hits from those guys for days. maybe there is a suffocation option or imobalization using webs, but I don't see that working more than 2-3/10.

not an easy win but t2 should take it solidly

Spider-Man would imo beat Wolverine but if this is adamantium Sabertooth with strength increase then maybe not him. Spider-Man is to much for Wolverine in most stats smarter stronger faster has long range attacks and spider-sense

The Deathspores change this drastically. If you don't have a healing factor, a good one, its an auto loss.

What if the symbiote engages Red first?

Venom is the only one on T1 who will probably survive the death spores. Symbiotes have always had great HFs. And it got a push recently.

Yeah, Death Spores + HF and solid durability would more likely give t2 the win. Spiders' speed advantage kinda get neutralized by it.
