Who could hang with Spider-Man with all his abilities or even beat him? Rules this is Parker Spider-Man with a strength limit of 15 tons plus all is other abilities including webbing, also it has to be in someone near to his stats level nobody 80 tons and indestructible or fly or run anywhere near super sonic. This is suppose to be an pretty even match up. This is hand to hand and hand weapons.

Deathlok is my choice.

I think dethklok should butcher him.

Well their physical stats are close besides their strength 15 to 2tons. Deathlok I think would be a good match.

Rhino is class 80 and nearly indestructible...


Titanium man would give Parker a fight
