FP Spectre is basically a top 5 power in the DC universe/multiverse.

I think this should be changed or make spectre the hal jordan version an make it full power johnny blaze not FP GR

Peak Spectre is above the Warlogog, and therefore better than Amazo. The question would be whether or not Amazo could copy the team and add their power to his already quite formidable power. There's no technical reason why he couldn't...
