He can lose if it's what's likely to happen. Fully geared Diana would beat the shit out of Superman, pre-Flashpoint.

That said, Superman's overall physical prowess and powers aren't really lower than his previous incarnation. But his skills and the like aren't quite up to par, either. To that end, I see this fight being a split more often than not under normal circumstances.
