Doubtful. Dinah has taken quite a few shots herself in JLA.

She has better feats in BOP. She easily BFR Mammoth in Gail's last run.

Pretty much comes down to the alpha strike. Dinah could mess up Bucky with the sonic scream, Bucky could blow her away with a bullet. In H2H, I'm inclined to give it to Bucky.

With the push she has been given recently, she would most certainly mess up Bucky with the scream.

He's beaten everyone to beat in marvel

Punisher, Black Widow, Wolverine, Daredevil, Crossbones, Daredevil, & more...

Both fighters are capable of pulling wins, it just changes dependent on tactics

Pretty sure? It would, but it's Dinah fight to lose, IMO. A quick scream would level him.
