Standard equipment for nemesis last time i checked was the sword capable of wounding Majestic. I'd give it to Lady Deathstrike if Nemesis has it.

Yeah, it's just the blades. As for the fight, leaning towards Deathstrike. Healing factor should come in handy.

Weren't her fields standard too?

She used them during her mini, when she first appeared. Unfortunately, if fell into the "ignored powers" category by every subsequent writer.
