Tigra is close to spiderman level, not as strong but similar imo

I know she has enhanced speed and agility among super strength and claws. Plus the pheremone thing.

At what level?

Cap?
Spidey?

Tigra is solidly all around superhuman, and has a hf and above human damage soak because of her Cat physiology...

Close to Spidey level, I believe.

In strength? Class 40
