Which version of the Hulk is the closest at matching the Midgard Serpent and can take majority in a forum match? Try not to just name the most powerful version of hulk you can think of if a lesser version could do the job.

Any version of hulk not just 616 (but needs to be Bruce banner)

Plus didn't he use that ability like ONCE and never again? The MS appeared in a later story arc and time didn't stop (even before that arc when Thor was tugging on him, time didn't stop).

Yes I do. And it doesn't have higher than high herald level durability. So WWH and above should be able to kill it IMO.

Wasnt Thor fully armored up, with his belt of strength, when he defeated TMS? (doing so making him a pile of mulch at that?) If thats so, only WBHulk has a changed to defeat TMS here.

The armor was basically holding Thor's form together. Hela's curse had been wearing him down for months at that point.
