The dead king gains control of the entire trench and ventures over to the waters of Marvel. Of course Namor isn't having it, and refuses to listen to some guy claiming to be royalty. So begins the war to determine the ture king of the seas.

What can this guy do?

I don't think he has feats to compare to Namor

If he freezes Namor out of the gate, he wins.

He's stronger and more durable than Aquaman, and has freeze powers. Those are his feats in a nutshell.

What if I change it to Ultimate Namor?
