What soul attack are you referring to? And can Genocide do this to trans level beings? Not saying H'el is trans, just wondering how powerful Genoicde was.

When she fought the JLA, she touched Wondy's lasso (implanted into her) to touch John Stewart and used it to attack his soul, causing tremendous pain and one-shotting him. She also used it to twist Donna Troy's mind and send her into a rage against Wonder Woman.


And Genocide was created with the purpose of being used against god pantheons, and the lasso in Diana's hands has been used to beat trans beings (like Ares), so yes.
