This thread is about who is the best at adapting to most or all situations before the fight and during the fight. This doesn't just mean Intellect it doesn't just mean Strength & Durability and it doesn't just mean Skill. Alright So first we are going to say Out of All comic book characters for the first scenario and for the second we are going to go by levels aka Athlete-Metas-Herald levels. Giving him too much time to get familiar with his surroundings can become an instant advantage for him

Batman for a athlete level is great with prep better then athlete but in a random encounter he would get smoked by alot

Captain America is pretty good, dude learns and beat people at their own art in like an hour which is ridiculous.

On the fly tactician... hard to imagine anyone that can beat him at that.. maybe batman but he is more a prep guy.
