Punisher, Daredevil, Hawkeye and Black Widow.
Fight takes place in Hells Kitchen. Marvel gets no prior knowledge of the Judges,and they only carry street level versions of their weapons. Mainly normal type guns for BW and Punny, and no trick arrows for HW. Small explosive ones are allowed but no Sci Fi stuff. DD has his billyclub.
The Judges just pop into existence and start JUDGING the populace.
