Isn't she peak human? Herman's suit makes him superhuman.

What are his superhuman feats? What has he ever done besides getting laugh at by Spiderman?

The fact that he can handle Spidermans attacks with little adverse effects means he can handle anything Canary throws at him

plus his suit is designed to handle the shock of his own gauntlets? So I can imagine that it'll handle Canarys scream
