When does Odin have to amp his strength in the gauntlet?

Your list is out of order.

but imo, Odin would need to amp to beat the following (in no particular order):
Hulk, PG Champion, 8 Dinner Jackets and current Hyperion.

I'd put Thanos on the list too, but then we've seen that demonstrated on-panel.

Odin has to amp at 1. This is common sense.

I found it difficult to account for strength and invulnerability when making the list.

You know, I do faintly recall Odin only being a Class 60 to 75 prior to amping his strength; cant remember where I read that though...

If that is true, then he would need to amp his strength to overpower Gladiator...
