Two of the greatest prep masters in comics decide to conqure both worlds. they have a months prep and full access to all of both their resources.

what if anything can stop them?

Reed & Pym could probably deal with them

neither of those parings is dealing with either solo. lets remember Doom and Ultra have prep not the MU and DCU. with less prep Doom has absorbed the power of omnipotents and so has Ultra. Doom and Ultra have both time manipulated ( nine of those four have). Doom and Ultra have both in ented more than any of them and have amassed knowledge in other firlds like magic, dimensional structures and manipulatin etc. Hell Ultra alone has altered the cosmic ballance with less prep so that all heroes on one earth ceased to exist. Not to mention that with his TP ( which is one of the most powerful in both universes having matched Brainwave Snr in TP battle and defeated MMH, Grodd, Hector Hammond, and many more) they would know everything any of those four were goin to do before they did it.

first time was a JLA JSA cross over. second ( which doesnt count) was in the ark where he stole the Thunderbolts power. they crossed paths again in an alternate time line in Booster Gold where it too the combined power of Superman, MMH and Guy Gardner to take in Ultra in an impromptu battle.
