They haven't surfaced in comics in a long while, and I actually had to google them to find out who they were. Regardless, they dont have much going for them despite being better than the average green lantern.

That's a pretty decent team, but they don't have the versatility that the Annihilators have going for them. I don't see it as a one sided battle because a couple of those GL's are more powerful than a couple members of the Annihilators, but in the end I think that the Annihilators would win.
