Aegis wins.

Both of them don't have much feats.

All Aegis did that was impressive, was defeat Galactus (who was deprived of a meal, iirc) along with tenebrous, in a surprise attack. id put them below, but close to Galactus in terms of power (despite being stated to be equal to him, and being a bigger threat than the cosmic cube beyonder)

World soul, apart from helping the trinity defeat krona has nothing as well. Though it has an advantage on Aegis, that unlike Aegis, it didn't die. So it could go either way, hard to determine a winner due to very limited feats on both sides.
