Otherwise, sure, agreed. Iffy against Supes (I'd give him a majority) but then likely stops and H'el and definitely stops cold at SBP.

Has a tough time with everyone on the list, but stops dead at H'el unless he fights the way he did when he fought Morg and won. I wonder how well he'd really do without CIS, and willing to kill his opponents like Exiles Surfer did?

With no rest between fights? I don't see him getting past 4. It stops at 5 for sure.

Surfer gets:
1.Green Lantern (Hal) - 5/10, SS is like a GL ring a plot device and Hal is the best.
2.Captain Marvel, 4/10, SS stops here, Thor gives him trouble, I think because of his magic nature, well CM is a Being with Supermans powers, without vulnerabilities and magic in nature, he should take a majority.
3.Orion W/Motherbox, 5/10
4.Majestic W/Swords, 4/10, without sword 5/10
5.Superman, 5/10

The Surfer can beat 1-5 for a majority but not in a gauntlet.

The Surfer is more like a class 100 brick with a gl ring. Captain Marvel isn't taking a majority over the Surfer. If he had a hammer like Thor's then he could. Orion is close but Majestic loses an easy majority.

Hal's my man but he's a notch below Norin. That being said without healing between the fights Orion smashes him
