Possession is sort of Despero's thing, so he probably has the best shot of anyone.

PC Darkseid could do it, I'd wager.

Anyone on the list should be able to do it at least temporarily, however, eventually he would he would be able to break that control and liberate himself.

HULK has already laughed at Dracula's attempt

Thanos could do it for like a day at most.

Apocalypse using only TP would fail miserably.

A strong enough Phoenix Avatar could.

J'onn could maybe hold him for an hour.

Not sure about Despero.

Cable would fail.

Darkseid could do it.

Deadman would fail.

Don't really know Nocturne.

Assuming Marvel Dracula, he would fail.
