What's truly insane about that feat is that he caught supergirl going at that speed which caused her to cross those boundaries while she had a large starting advantage and was still accelerating. PC Superman was absolutely insane in speed.

That's flying speed though. We are talking about running speed.

Also confirmed that Flash generally lets him keep up but once he turns on the gas he smokes Supes. Also are we assuming flash is at his fastest? If so Barry accelerates infinitely as the speedforce continues to grow with every step he takes making it even more powerful and by default him as well having a greater source of power to draw on...
