Two contemporary films have come out involving teenagers gaining telekinetic powers. But which film was more enjoyable? Seeing Andrew's evolution into The Apex Predator, or seeing Carrie's evolution into the world's worst prom queen?

Chronicle.

Carrie was a classic, while Chronicle is a modern masterpiece. Both were equally enjoyable in their own ways.

Chronicle, easy.

Carrie is a classic story but it's been beaten to death with so many versions. The novel is my favorite, though.

There was no need to remake Carrie. The original can still hold its own. ESPECIALLY around Halloween.
