The pressure of the attack will grow, and multiply until it destroys one of them, who lasts longer?

I just wanted to add that Thanos and Cain are allowed to do all in their power to keep from being destroyed but the power will eventually overcome both of them as it multiplies. I just wanted to know who would last longer before being ripped apart.
