The destroyer of heaven vs the destroyer of gods. Who wins?

So.....mighty thor version of Atum?

Atum was killed from the inside by thor (by attacking his heart) not sure if Fenris can kill him from the outside.......

Fenris is more powerful though, imo.

How many versions are there? Which one would be a better fight?

That would be the classic version.

Not sure who would win between them, though. could go either way.

fenris was putting a hurt on Lucifer before Lucy went serious mode. Thats a pretty impressive feat. Going with le Wolf

TheGodKiller
Fenris, easily.

Lucifer was extremely weak at that point, Fenris even threw a random spear which went right through Lucifer:

......And that was 3 issues (though technically it's 2 issues since issue 66 is a Gaudium story and isn't part of the Morningstar story-line) before Fenris' confrontation with Lucifer (so he was weakened even more). Toward the end, Lucifer reserved a portion of his strength to crush Fenris easily, here's Lucifer explaining it:

I have a hard time gauging Fenris' power level, at one point he's having trouble fighting Rudd, then he turns into a lightning bolt and destroys the Primum Mobile (he actually destroyed God's throne).
He is also stated to be the embodiment of destrucion/entropy (something which is confirmed in his bio as well).

As for Atum, he was slaughtering elder gods (though he absorbed their energies as well), as shown at the beginning of thor annual #10:

He has other pretty cool feats, i can post them if needed. His 2007 bio also says that his power is comparable to skyfathers:

We also have another (2009) bio saying that he is above most of the skyfathers, though imo, he is on par or above Zeus and Vishnu but not Odin (just because he was killing the elder gods it doesn't mean anything, because they don't have the feats), that's evident by the on panel showings.

So imo, it could go either way.

i tend to agree with some of the above, but imo fenris would kill him, and i suspect atum wouldn't be much of a challenge. i think the comparison of enemies here speaks some to both the extent of fenris' powers, as well as the authorial intent/implication of his power. looking purely at displayed feats, it's pretty easy to come to a conclusion like the one above, and difficult to argue against such a position. imo, fenris was simply intended to be a much greater force than atum.

Just because Lucifer was his enemy, doesn't mean anything considering that Lucifer was powerless while fighting Fenris and he basically vaporized him (without much effort too, id say) with a portion of his godly power which he held in reserve. Power-wise, Fenris was clearly not a challenge to Lucifer, the way i saw it.

Most importantly, what feats did Fenris display that are so beyond Atum? Nothing, really. In fact, Atum (Classic) has better.

But as i said before, Fenris being the embodiment of destruction/entropy does tell us something. But he lacks feats, is what im saying, which is why i see it that it could go either way.
