2. Thanos. Darkseid will do almost anything, but he's shown on multiple occasions that he will not sacrifice Apokolips to achieve his goals.

Regardless, he definitely could not have been guilted into restoring the multiverse back to normal(even IF such a feat would have been within his power.)

I disagree on point 2 regarding who's more evil, but the rest of your post is pretty much spot-on.

You know what's not implied? Thanos' fights against Skyfather and above level beings : Odin, Tyrant, Maker, Galactus, Walker, Omega. He took brutal punishment and kept on going. Only Galactus, Tyrant and Omega made him tap out.

He's killed high heralds with punches, tanked planets igniting into suns, destroyed a planet in his fight with Drax (Drax was KOed, Thanos was just fine). He's gone up against teams of superhumans and made them cry uncle.

All this without any kind of temporary amps whatsoever.

In all fairness to Darkseid, it wasn't just 'implied' that he destroyed the planet of the old gods-- it was outright stated:

Thanos. No matter what kind of rules there are. Thanos every time. To me Thanos has been portrayed more frequently as a teambuster and even went so far to take out high heralds rather easily (major PIS, but oh well). I've seen Darkseid struggeling with Superman quite often.

And Thanos would absolutely murder Superdudebro, no matter how much Raj wants to deny it.

Thanos absolutely destroys Darkseid and Superman as well. When you take their averages of all showings Thanos is leaps and bounds above the both of them, Raj.

I notice people say Thanos, but I am not sure, Darseid sacrificed himself in twice in order to achieve the ALE and release on earth in final crisis and most of things he does are planned, even his defeats are planned.

This one is depending on the eye of the beholder. While Thanos has killed a lot of people, Darkseid wanted to mindless enslave the whole universe/multiverse, that is pretty shitty.
