Who wins and why with 1 hour prep

Red Skull, I wager. He has the skills, the resources.

And Professor X's telepathy.

Batman, Black Panther, and Cap would be my top 3 because Batman with prep is already deadly, BP because he is physically stronger and faster than most people in the rumble, and Cap cause he is use to being in big battles like this and is known for his strategy.
