Who wins?

We don't know much about AoU Ulty, but considering how lame was Apoc when he died in AoA, I have to go for Ultron 10000000/10.

Ultron all day everyday.

Poccy was a bunch of metal gadgets hence he got minced by Magneto via simple separation.

I loved the series as a guilty pleasure but Ultron should destroy such a representation of Apocalypse.

But defensively AoA Apocalypse was an undisputed version of the character. And when holding Magneto prisoner had him at a stalemate due mockingly holding his child prisoner.
