I don't really like how the Orcs never win anything and always die so easily in the movies...

Canon fodder troops are meant just for that, to make the main characters look better.

Yeah, I always thought of them as very poor fighters seeing as they are mass produced.

They are going for overwhelming with numbers, not skill.
