Hm, Marvel gains Spider sense, agility, and webbing, WW gains combat computer and iirc some additional healing factor. CM with a high wiff-factor is a scary foe, though the computer helps counteract that to an extent.

Of course, there *is* still the 'get the lasso on, make him say the wizard's name' factor.
